Gwen Stefani talked in a recent radio interview with Leigh Ann and Courtney Kerr about The Voice co-stars and the people who helped her get over a tough period.
“There’s been loads of people that have helped me with this tragedy,” Stefani told Dallas/Fort Worth radio station 103.7 KVIL, in an interview that will air November 9.
“There’s definitely key people that have pointed me into the right direction. Blake really helped me. Not to change the subject, but it’s kinda on the same subject, Pharrell was literally like a guardian angel.”
Stefani and Shelton appeared together as a couple at a CMA Awards afterparty on Wednesday.
The mother-of-three, 46, also called the country star, 39, “a pretty rad guy.”
During the interview, the No Doubt singer revealed that she didn’t have any intention of making her relationship with Blake Shelton public.
“We didn’t! Like, somebody did. That’s what’s so crazy like, who announces that? Why would I do that?” she said.
Recent reports emerged, claiming that the pair has written a country song together, but the singer denied them.
In another recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, Stefani was asked about the dating rumors regarding Shelton, saying she was “not going to answer that right [then],” but she did admit that he is “hot.”
